Telecom engineer & M.Sc.. With 20+ years of experience, she has worked in mobile network installation at Tunisie Telecom, network research at INRS-EMT for Bell Canada, and held various leadership roles in project management, including senior positions in multinational IT and telecom companies. She has extensive experience managing large, cross-functional projects across Africa, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

Currently, Imen is the manager of ICF Management Services, providing worldwide consulting and training for IT/Telecom projects. A PMP® certified professional since 2011, she has been an active volunteer of PMITC since 2016, elected as VP of Communications & Marketing in 2020 and President since May 2023.

Faten HAMOUDA

Computer engineer, graduated from ENSI (National School of Computer Sciences) in 2003, with more than 15-year experience in management and project management with strong background in software development project management including overall project lifecycle management, Software Quality Assurance Management, Resources management, test management, etc.

Over these years, she gained valuable experience working with global leader in the semiconductor sector, contributing to high-impact software projects and international teams.

PMP certified and active member of PMI Tunisia Chapter since 2020.

Selmen BEN SAID

With over twenty years of experience managing international IT projects in finance, insurance, and energy efficiency, he merges technical expertise with social impact to deliver strategic, high-value innovation. 

As the founder of Seed Bytes and head of Whitecape Technologies for more than six years, he empowers teams to achieve exceptional results and respond with agility to the evolving needs of clients and partners.

Holding certifications in PMP®, PMI-ACP®, and PMI-PMOCP, as well as a Master’s degree in New Telecommunications and Network Technologies, he leads teams toward operational excellence through a strategic approach that blends agile methodologies with organizational discipline.

Samar BEN HASSINE

Senior Architect and PMP®️-certified project manager with over a decade of experience leading complex public and private construction and urban development projects. 

Founder of ArcHouse since 2016, with a strong record of delivering high-impact initiatives in partnership with government ministries, municipalities, and international NGOs. Offers proven expertise in stakeholder engagement, tendering strategy, and multidisciplinary team leadership. 

Brings over 9 years of academic experience as a visiting professor in both public and private architecture institutions. Currently an active member of the Research Team in Spatial Analysis and Quality of Use (EDSIA), contributing to innovative and interdisciplinary research in architecture and urban design

Mouna ZBIDI

Mona is a professional with over 14 years of experience in the IT sector. She brings extensive expertise in project management and strategic deployment of Sales Operations initiatives.

As PMP and RMP certified project manager, she has led complex, multi-disciplinary projects across diverse environments.

She is also an experienced ISO 9001 internal auditor, supporting the development of operational and compliance audit programs that enhance process efficiency and quality assurance.

Amira SGHARI

VP  Academic Outreach

An Associate Professor of Management at the University of Tunis. She holds a Ph.D. in Management Science from Aix-Marseille University (2013) and earned her Accreditation to Supervise Research (HDR) from the University of Sfax in 2018.

Her research focuses on organizational change, project management, organizational behavior, human resource management, innovation, information systems, and agile team dynamics. She regularly contributes to academic conferences and peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Sghari is a board member of the Research Laboratory for Perspectives and Research in Innovation, Strategy, and Business Management, and Vice Treasurer of the Management & Innovation Association.
